This looks amazing!
While Coach had already seen the preview and wanted to see it, I hadn’t. It wasn’t until a former student posted an interesting picture on her FB page that I even became aware of the film, The Impossible. One of the little boys of the family, Tomas, was a student at our school last year. He played soccer with Coach. He’s a great kid and while I’m surprised to learn that this is his family’s story, knowing him leaves no doubt in my mind that the quality of their character represented in the film is accurate.
Human spirit triumphs!
Updated 1/6/2012: Tomas is now studying in the UK and is taking this sudden fame of his family is stride. Such a great kid!

I just saw this beautifull story, it reminds you, what really does matter in life:love, never give up and help each other,,,spread love as much as we can… definitely going to see it soon again…
I actually haven’t seen it yet. With its slow and limited release, it hasn’t come to our area yet. We will however have a full campus showing when it comes out. The kids really miss Tomas. He was such a good kid! Blessings ~w
